Terms of Service

By accessing or using this marketplace, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One person — one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

2. Buyers

Purchased prompts are licensed to you for personal and commercial use within your own projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, or republish purchased prompts as your own listing.
Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of access.

3. Lifetime access to what you bought

If a seller later unpublishes a listing, or we suspend or remove it, buyers who already paid keep access to the version they purchased from Dashboard → Purchases. The listing simply stops being available to new buyers.

4. Sellers

You must own all rights to the prompts you publish.
KYC verification is required before publishing.
We take a platform fee (disclosed at payout). Remaining earnings are paid out per the payout schedule.
Listings that infringe IP, mislead users, or violate the law will be removed.

5. Prohibited content

No hateful, sexual, illegal, defamatory, malware-related, or fraudulent prompts. We may remove content and ban accounts at our sole discretion.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in advance on this page, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai.
