We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account data: name, email, avatar, authentication identifiers.
KYC data (sellers only): government ID type and number — stored as a one-way hash for duplicate prevention.
Transactional data: orders, payouts, payment provider references (we never store full card details).
Usage data: pages viewed, prompts opened, searches, device and browser metadata.

2. How we use it

Provide the marketplace, process payments, deliver purchased prompts.
Detect fraud, duplicate accounts, and abuse.
Send transactional notifications (purchase receipts, payout updates, moderation decisions).
Improve product quality, search results and recommendations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Payment processors (Razorpay) to complete transactions.
Hosting, email and infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality.
Law enforcement when legally compelled.

4. Cookies and analytics choices

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect checkout. They cannot be switched off.
Analytics help us improve search and recommendations. You can choose Reject in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent later at any time — we then stop collecting behavioural analytics for you.

5. Retention

Account and profile data: kept while your account is active.
Order, invoice, payout and tax records: retained for the period required by law, even after account deletion.
Behavioural analytics: retained only for a limited window and then deleted or aggregated.

6. Your rights

You can request an export or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account does not delete records we are legally required to keep, and does not remove purchases already delivered to other users.
